CHAIR YOGA is a gentle form of yoga sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. 
Join me for open friendly classes, designed for everybody including:

Seniors 
People delaing with health conditions 
Students dealing with injuries making 'mat yoga' uncomfortable
Office workers - learn exercises you can do at your desk!
